Restore is an independent journal. Our job is to help anyone understand and improve their sleep — not to sell you anything. No brand dictates our conclusions, and no company can pay to be recommended.
How we handle products and gear
We do test gear, because sometimes the right answer is a better pillow, a cooler comforter, or a smarter alarm. When we mention a product, it's our own editorial opinion, chosen on merit. Just as often, the honest answer is a habit change, a timing tweak, a free tool, or a conversation with a professional — and we'll say so.
